This diary is going to outline my complete pro-hormone cycle from the first application - the end of PCT (post cycle therapy).
Brief history of myself and where I want to go.
I am 25 and have trained for 7 years off an on and have really nailed down my diet to a science within the last year. I have applied my diet to my training and made it very far but had some family circumstances detour me from my diet and training for a few months which really had a bad impact on the waistline!!
I have been cutting now for a little over a month and plan on continuing to cut through the pro-hormone cycle and will start increasing calories immediately upon start of PCT.
Prohormones are no Joke. They are steroids little brothers and often times can have the same or even worste side effects than real gear so you need to be prepared to combat all arenas for the particular side effects that the gear you have could cause. I have this covered. Just in case gyno starts to appear during cycle I have liquid nolvadex (tamoxafin citrate) to combat it. For post cycle therapy I will use 6-oxo and nolvadex (if I havent already started on it) in addition to Tribex for the first week and ZMA throughout complete PCT.
Let me say that if your considering pro-hormones you shouldnt start until you have the COMPLETE cycle in hand. Here is a
picture of my cycle and your kitchen counter should look almost identical BEFORE you start the first application because you never know what is going to happen.
Also if you are under 20 or still acheiving super results naturally just continue on that road. Pro-hormones mess with your hormone balance and if you are still growing or in puberty you dont want to mess with your hormone balance.
CYCLE INCLUDES: (as you can see in the picture above)
Legal Gear transdermal 1-t/4ad combo pro-hormones (based off of the BDC topical formula)
Tamoxafin citrate (nolvadex) for sides
6-oxo for PCT
tribex 500 for PCT
zma for PCT
I am doing a 4 week cycle followed by a 4 week PCT and it will be outlined here day by day. Some of the issues I will cover each day will be application spots used and side effects felt on application spots, current weight,
macronutrient breakdown for the day, overall feeling, workout etc.
My diet is going to be 2200 calories a day with 220 of the
calories coming from flaxseed oil. Protein will be kept above 200 grams daily. The exception to this is on saturdays which I will bump my calorie range to 3500 but keep all food intake very clean.
I will also be doing before and after pictures. Those will be released probably week two into post cycle therapy just to make sure that all bloat from cycle is gone.
