Transdermal Pro-Hormone Diary!! CUTTING DIET!!


This diary is going to outline my complete pro-hormone cycle from the first application - the end of PCT (post cycle therapy).

Brief history of myself and where I want to go.
I am 25 and have trained for 7 years off an on and have really nailed down my diet to a science within the last year. I have applied my diet to my training and made it very far but had some family circumstances detour me from my diet and training for a few months which really had a bad impact on the waistline!!
I have been cutting now for a little over a month and plan on continuing to cut through the pro-hormone cycle and will start increasing calories immediately upon start of PCT.

Prohormones are no Joke. They are steroids little brothers and often times can have the same or even worste side effects than real gear so you need to be prepared to combat all arenas for the particular side effects that the gear you have could cause. I have this covered. Just in case gyno starts to appear during cycle I have liquid nolvadex (tamoxafin citrate) to combat it. For post cycle therapy I will use 6-oxo and nolvadex (if I havent already started on it) in addition to Tribex for the first week and ZMA throughout complete PCT.

Let me say that if your considering pro-hormones you shouldnt start until you have the COMPLETE cycle in hand. Here is a picture of my cycle and your kitchen counter should look almost identical BEFORE you start the first application because you never know what is going to happen.

Also if you are under 20 or still acheiving super results naturally just continue on that road. Pro-hormones mess with your hormone balance and if you are still growing or in puberty you dont want to mess with your hormone balance.

CYCLE INCLUDES: (as you can see in the picture above)
Legal Gear transdermal 1-t/4ad combo pro-hormones (based off of the BDC topical formula)
Tamoxafin citrate (nolvadex) for sides
6-oxo for PCT
tribex 500 for PCT
zma for PCT

I am doing a 4 week cycle followed by a 4 week PCT and it will be outlined here day by day. Some of the issues I will cover each day will be application spots used and side effects felt on application spots, current weight, macronutrient breakdown for the day, overall feeling, workout etc.

My diet is going to be 2200 calories a day with 220 of the calories coming from flaxseed oil. Protein will be kept above 200 grams daily. The exception to this is on saturdays which I will bump my calorie range to 3500 but keep all food intake very clean.

I will also be doing before and after pictures. Those will be released probably week two into post cycle therapy just to make sure that all bloat from cycle is gone.

Day 1


DATE: 10/30/03

SCALE WEIGHT(taken in the morning): 203

APPLICATION:
Time: 7:00 AM
Spot used: Chest/shoulders

Application spot feeling: a little tingly at first but nothing major went away fairly quickly. Product seemed to dry fairly quick (less than 10 minutes) when I went to they gym this afternoon as I sweated I could start feeling it a little more but still nothing major.

Time: 8:00 PM
Spot used: Back upper / lower middle

Application spot feeling: A little tingly at first but went away fairly quick again. THe smell is very distinct orange and the lotion feels a little gritty but neither are overpowering.


OVERALL FEELING THROUGHOUT THE DAY: Didnt feel any different. I was kind of excited just because today was my first day "on" but nothing to report out of the ordinary!!

Day 2

APPLICATION:
Time: 8:00 AM
Spot used: Arms /tricep-bicep

Application spot feeling: Didnt feel it much at initial application and I was worried that the stuff would get wiped off fairly easily since I was wearing a short sleeve shirt and outside cleaning on the car but in the middle of the afternoon i was reminded that it was there. I went pushing the kids up and down the street in a little car they have going as fast as I could and worked up a pretty good sweat and I started feeling it so obviously once it dries it sticks on you pretty good!!!

Time: 9:00 PM
Spot used: Chest/ traps

Application spot feeling: Burnt a little on application because I had just scrubbed my chest really hard with the loofa sponge. It went away quickly though and is actually still drying!! :-)

OVERALL FEELING THROUGHOUT THE DAY: Absolutely nothing different or out of the ordinary.

Application spot feeling: Didnt have too much feeling at all!!

OVERALL FEELING THROUGHOUT THE DAY: Absolutely nothing different or out of the ordinary.
Accidentally got a little bit in my eye in the middle of the night last night!! THAT WAS A MISTAKE!!! Whoah it burnt like crazy!!


MACRONUTRIENT BREAKDOWN:
Today was my first "CLEAN" cheat day on the cycle and we had a cookout this evening. NO harm done because we had extremely lean meat but we ate to early so I ended up having a little more meat that we had left over a few hours later so I wouldnt get hungry before bed and went over my ALOTTED calories but I kept it clean so I dont think it was a failure!!! Calorie range I am shooting for on cheat days is 3500 clean calories

Day 4

SCALE WEIGHT(taken in the morning): 204.5 (probaby retaining extra weight/water from my clean cheat day)

APPLICATION:

Spot used: Chest shoulders

Application spot feeling: I really had a hard time getting it to dry but I honestly think it drys but retains a sticky enough feeling that if you touch it it kind of feels wet but really isnt. I didnt feel it upon initial application but when I went to the gym around 12:45 and started sweating I could tell it was on my shoulders but it still wasnt bad!!

Application spot feeling: Didnt have too much of a feeling.

OVERALL FEELING THROUGHOUT THE DAY: Absolutely nothing different or out of the ordinary. I was a little more interested in the wife ;-0 but I think it had to do with it being a couple of days since the last time!!

OVERALL FEELING THROUGHOUT THE DAY: Absolutely nothing different or out of the ordinary. All through the night I seemed to have a friend down south that wouldnt go to sleep though :-). It hasnt done this yet during the day!!

SCALE WEIGHT(taken in the morning): 205 - WOW calories restricted and weight is up???? Will be interesting to see what transpires over the next few days???

APPLICATION:

Application spot feeling: Didnt feel anything upon application. At lunchtime I went out riding around and it was rather warm and I started to sweat just a little and it started to burn but not bad. Then in the gym this afternoon I started to sweat again and it burned but still not bad but probably the worste that I have feel it burn yet!!

WORKOUT: Back!! WOW what a workout. Let me say that the last time I did deadlifts (normal, ill explain in a bit) my max was maybe 315 for 3 or 4 times straining pretty hard. NOW I do deadlifts almost every week but not like everyone else does them. I stand on the little barbell curl stand because it allows my hands to go almost to my feet so I go go REALLY deep with the workout. I have done these for a while now almost every week. Today I decided to do NORMAL deadlifts and pick the weight up off of the floor (where the bar would stop a little above my ankles)then do the motion set it down for a micro second (just enough to make sure its fully stopped and not bouncing it off the floor and then pick it back up for another full motion)
Started off with 225 and did ten without even thinking about it hardly!!
upped to 275 and guess what I did ten again no problem!!! I WAS phsyched at this point!!
Upped to 315 and pushed out 7 clean ones probably could have done a couple more but didnt want to lose form!!
Upped to 365 and pushed out 3 clean ones probably could have gotten one more but I didnt want to my form to suffer and hurt myself so I quit and kept it safe.
Now I will say that I do not think that this massive increase came from the pro-hormones its probably because I have switched up the way that I performed the excercise but I was still exctatic to say the least!!!

APPLICATION:

Application spot feeling: Didnt feel anything upon application. When I sweat it seems to burn the lower part of my back more than any other part.... Probably because when I sweat it drips down my back???

ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS: Jackal, thanks for the compliment I am really hitting this hard and takin this very seriously... As far as a 6 week cycle I actually was contimplating this but was discouraged by a few board members here and on other boards due to the fact that normally the really good effects come on around week 3 and 4 and then after that you dont see much more but continue to increase the risk of sides. I went out searching and found this to be fairly true and since this is my first ever cycle of anything I decided to just do a four week cycle followed by 4 week PCT. I think that I have made the right choice. My cycle will actually be right around 5 weeks. I started two days before November and am going to run it the complete month!!

I was curious of the brand of your Transdermal 1T, 1 and 4AD, where you got it and what exactly is the Brown bottle.
