well here it is my eatting habits, as of right now im not worrying about cals or protein/carbs/fats. im just trying to EAT BETTER!!!! i happy to report my breakfast has been waay better, with a mixer of eggs,hashbrowns, sausage links oatmeal and cereal that is good for u. I do have "replacement" meals in the form of Ny-Tro Pro 40(40protein,22carbs,1 fat) im trying to get in 5 meals a day and working 12 hours on saturday i really cant eat as much.
meal 1 - cherrio's with 1% milk and a scoop of whey protein(thank you Maverick for this idea)
meal 2 - ham and cheese omelet, with a hashbrown square, piece of wheat toast, with pb, and water
had about 6 hours because of work between my next meal...i was WAAY hungry
meal 3 - 2 chicken breasts
(pulled skin off), cup of mac n cheese + cup of chocolate milk
meal 4 - cup of mac n cheese mixed with tuna(this was hella good), handful of peanuts, a pear, and water
yes i know...where are the veggies, i will have to admit i have a hard time eatting them. right now its basically green beans, and corn i like. im opening up to asparagis. i do like salads so im going to try and eat that.
also i will start up a fitday as soon as i figure all of it out, they get so technical on that site,lol
