Played with calf raise machine today. It sucks ass, an injury asking to happen. Will just start doing calf raises with the bar in the rack I guess.

Cauught a quick workout before I had to go to work today.

Ouch my shoulders hurt. Moving Friday's workout to tomorrow is gonna suck when I bench. grrrr. Oh well, that's how it has to be.

Seems to be worth it. The fat, out of shape guy in the mirror is looking a bit better and is about 10-15lbs up from my avatar pic...yay.

5x5

Squat.......75, 85, 95, 110, 130
Bench.....90, 100, 110, 120, 145
Row.......90, 100, 110, 120, 145

Forgot to do arms and abs today...oops.

Got a little out of order from missed workouts while at work. Still able to manage today's planned workout. Surprised by this because of the gym hottie in the pink sports bra and tight tights who was keeping me company. WOW!!! I'm a really lucky guy....and apparently she was really happy to see me...concentration was difficult, but had a great time and a good workout anyway.
Rows were t-bar rows today. Holy Hell they felt waaaayyyyy heavier than seated cable rows or pendalay rows. They mostly killed my arms rather than my back today. I'm starting to feel it in the upper back now though. May stick with them for a while.

Yes I was happy to see you, but I still say the air conditioner in that place was set on like 50........

And YEAH, the workouts are a lot more fun and, um, QUITE interesting when we do them together...Doing them together pays off A LOT more than in the gym, huh honey...

And on facebook, and in the gym, and in the grocery store, and at walmart... I do think a couple of people were ready to puke at the gym today...mostly because of US.

Sorry baby, couldn't help but try the "pickup lines" and the flirting today...DAAAAUUUUMMMMM all those veins popping out on your arms were killing me. wow.

5x5

Squat......85, 95, 105, 115, 135
Bench.....95, 105, 115, 130, 150
Row.......95, 105, 115, 130, 150
Crunch........30, 40, 50, 60, 70
Curl.........60, 70, 80, 90, 100
Crusher......60, 70, 80, 90, 100

I've reached the end of my run with the chest supported rows. Failed at 4 reps on 150 today. The focus is just all wrong for me and I can't really pull it with my lats. Next time will be with the seated row for as long as I can keep improving. After that, switching back to pendalay rows.

Holy shiite, curls and crushers were tough today. I'm probably going to get 10 more pounds out of them then I'm going to have to reset for curls and crushers.

At least something's working. At 190, still gaining slowly, and still not TOO fat. Still have abs if I stand just right lol.

5x5
Squat......90, 100, 110, 120, 135
Bench.....100, 110, 120, 135, 150
Row.......100, 110, 120, 135, 150
Crunch.........30, 30, 30, 30, 30
Curl.........70, 80, 90, 100, 110
Crusher......70, 80, 90, 100, 110

Heavy squat day. All weights moving in the right direction. Using a different machine for crunches...wow, this makes them heavy. Mrs.V. is doing heavier crunches than I am. Looks good on her though.

I don't know how much longer I'll be able to keep moving forward with curls and crushers. The weight doesn't actually feel unmanageably heavy, but it's killing my left elbow...again.
