Wat

I figure I need to write all this **** down, I keep cheating myself. I just can't keep to a diet so I'm going to keep a log on here, along with my training.

Basically what I'm doing fitness wise is here. Any advise would be appreciated.

Monday - Morning 2km run

-Evening Gym:
Squats 5x5
Leg Press 3x5

Tuesdays

OFF

Wednesday - Morning 2km run

- Evening: 2 games of indoor soccer

Thursday - Morning 2km run

- Evening Gym:
Front squats 3x10
SLDL 5x5
DB bicep curls 3x5
Skullcrushers 3x5
Chin ups 3x5
Dips 3x5

Friday - Morning 2km run

- Evening Indoor soccer

Saturday - Gym:
Bench 5x5
Bent over BB rows 2x5
Incline bench 2x5
Seated rows 5x5

Sunday - Off, but I normally go have a kick around at the park with a couple of mates.

Also keep in mind that I work in a warehouse and I shift around TVs and whitegoods all day.

I'm not sure how much I should be eating. I'll be writing all that down so hopefully that will give you some insight.

Writing it down will definitely give you accountability, which should give you a kick in the right direction.

If you're looking for a more structured food log, you might check out fitday or the daily plate. I have never used them, but a lot of people around here seem to like them.

hey nate, i think having a journal will be great for you. I use fitday on occasion to see how my intake is, and I find it pretty easy to use in general. And it's free of course which is good.
