Right now at 200lbs.
275lbsx2 on Bench
Squat-My college took out the squat rack, so I assume I can get 275lbsx2
Deadlift- Haven't tried, probably 350lbsx2
My old lifts were alot better, but I was alot bigger too. Between 260lbs and 270lbs. And not the good kind of weight. I have to lose 10-20 more pounds so I can bulk up again. Quality Bulk though.

Thursday- Post
Weight Room: Pull ups, shrugs, and stretching. I did need the stretch though
Log Carry and Cardio work: Haven't been home yet, need to study for test. I'll do something though.

HeT, I was bored. Family was all gone and animal planet sucked. Discovery channel was worse. All channels but Cinemax had chick flicks, Cinemax was showing adult stuff. So I got really bored. Can't sleep without my family home.

2 sets of 20 rep squats! Thats evil! how much weight were you using for those. I can't even consider another set after a 20 repper.

135lbs. I don't have a squat rack availabe, so whatever I can clean and press, I will squat.

Before I had my rack that's exactly how I did it. I just didn't know that I was doing a clean and press. I thought I was just hossing the weight up there to get it into squat position.

Yeah, but its hard to test your limits without a squat rack. I plan to get one in the coming months.

Hang Cleans- 185lbs for single. Power Clean 205 for single. Front squat both. I also pyramided my way up.
Deadlifts- hit a single of 405lbs, died on 415
Dips-4 or 5 sets of at least 10
Then I broke out. Didn't eat. That will bite me in the ass.
Bodyweight- Probably 200lbs

Back when I was 225-250lbs, i was hitting 405lbs for medium effort singles. Max was 430lbs I believe. BUT I feel alot better deadlifting 405lbs at 200lbs.
Cleans went up nice too and I had decent form. Thanks for the support.

Snatch -warm ups-
Hack Squat- pyramided up to 275lbs single
Incline Bench press- 5x5 but actually did 2x5, 2x4, 1x3. Last set was 205lbs
B-rows- 135lbs x10, 185lbs x 5, 185lbs x5, 205x4, 205x4, 135lbs x 10
Dips and Pull ups-4 to 5 sets of however many I could do.
That was it. Need to plan these better.
