I used to be stronger than this.
March 06
345lbs Bench
365lbs parallel Squat
425lbs Deadlift
240lbs Row
BW 260-270lbs
All of it with no equipment except for wrist wraps for bench and knee pads for squats.
I had to lose weight for purposes I can't reveal.
You better take advantage now, DarkAngel. You're mine!!
Oh yeah
Goals: 400lbs, 500lbs, 600lbs, at a quality body weight below 225lbs. 12%-18% Body fat.

CURRENT AND FUTURE GOALS
Standards
405lbs x 2 Bench Press
495lbsx2 Squat(495lbs is 5 plates)
585lbsx2 Deadlift(585lbs is 6 plates)
315lbsx2 B-Row
2 mile Run: 8-10 minutes
Burpees: 20 rep descending sets.
Ok, this is what I PLAN on doing within 2-3 years or at least be doing this by the time I'm 25. I'm 20 now. I CAN'T do this yet. Just goals.

Am I reading your post correctly that you ran 2 miles in 8-10 minutes total, or 2 miles, the first in 8 minutes and the second in 10 minutes?
Then, what was the burpee workout? Did you do one set of 20 reps, then 19, 18, 17, . . . all the way down to 1?

Oh I see. I went back and looked at your post. My eyes must have been tired when I read your post as it was late after a long work day. That's what happens when you get old.
Challenging goals can best be achieved by working towards a series of intermediate goals, both short-term and medium-term. If you don't have alot of running under your belt, I believe a good short- term goal would be to run 2 miles in 20 minutes. 2 miles in 10 minutes is definitely ambitious. 2 miles is 8 minutes, forget it to be realistic.
Attack those burpees. They are the real deal.
Keep moving forward!
