Hello,

Chin-ups: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Dips: 9, 8, 7, 6, 6

20 Minute Fitness Solution WOD:

5 Basic Exercises
Sun Salutation: 2 minutes
Squats: 1 minute
Push-ups: 1 minute
Leg-raises w/candlestick: 1 minute
Jumping Jacks/Mountain Climbers/Mountain Jumpers/Split Jumps: 3 minutes

Repeat this circuit twice for a total of twenty minutes of continuous exercise.

Military Pushups: 4 x 15


V-ups: 20 x 4

Hello all,

Pull-ups: 5, 4, 2

Warm-up: Sun Salutation for 2 minutes

Deck of Cards:
Hearts: V-ups
Clubs: 4-count Jumping Jacks
Diamonds: Diamond Push-ups
Spades: 4-count Lunges

Face cards count for 11 reps, Aces are 12, and Jokers are 15

It took me about 30 minutes to do the whole thing. Very difficult, at least for me. So that's 99 V-ups, 99 Jumping Jacks, 114 Diamonds, and 114 Lunges. I think that I'll stick with this one for a while.
