Will's October Training Log
Hello,
One Arm Dumbbell Rows @ 1 Olympic dumbbell handle w/2 10 lb. plates and 2 5 lb. plates, 2 x 12
22 push-ups w/ Ironman brand push-up handles - 2 x 22
The previous exercises are performed as a super-set.
15 V-ups
15 Chinnies
15 Knee Hugs
Repeat for a total of two sets.
Plank Hold - 1 minute
Lying Leg Swings 10 each side
Split Squats - 40 each leg.

Hello all,
Dips = 3 x 8
Easy Chin = 10, 8, 5
Dumbbell One- arm Rows 2 x 12, 45 lbs.
Pushups = 2 x 24
V-ups 10 x 4
Chinnies 10 x 4
Knee Hugs 10 x 4
Split Squat = 40 each leg.

Bodyshop20, I just want to get fit, maybe put on some muscle. I am no longer trying be "Mr. Olympia". I will certainly try the 3 x 20 routine with the squats.
Today:
Divebombers: 14
Split Squats: 30 each side.
Mountain Jumpers: 30
V-ups: 30
Knee Hugs: 40
Chinnies: 30 4-count reps
Calf raises: 45
Close grip Pushups: 15, 11
Hands-in Push-ups: 11
Hands-out Push-ups: 11
Chin-ups: 5 (I couldn't one a month ago.)

Thanks, pierini! Nice to see you. BTW, I had the good fortune to travel in Italy this summer. What a great time! Churches were toured, beautiful Italian women were ogled, and plenty of pizza and gelato were eaten. Mmmm...gelato...*ahhhh*...
