It's not work when you want to do it and enjoy it. I was asked, it wasn't mandatory.

Jaster isn't it fun to watch people grow around you? I think when i started here my bench was 185 and now it's 285. lol And here i am a mod now, oh how proud u must be.

I just got a chace to see your Videos too. Keep up the good work.
I on the other hand
had a dept. physical a few months ago and they found something they didn't like.
It made my blood pressure shoot through the roof. I am now lifting lighter with tons of reps keeping my heart rate up as per my Doctor. I have to eat a strict body builder's diet so I guess I'll be getting ripped in a few months. I'm still going for tests and I was in jeopardy of going on light duty at the station until I got my BP down. we did that so I didn't get yanked off the line. I knew about this for a little while and only told a few people but now it looks like I'm leveling it off and getting back to normal. Will I continue to lift weights Hell yeah !
Will I power lift again? I don't know.

Jaster, man that sucks for you. Will they let you keep lifting like a PL, eating like a BB, and start doing a couple of cardio days?

Keep us up to date on what happens...this is not cool to hear about.

Best wishes for a happy outcome here dude.
