no, i usually do my cardio on different days. I actually cut my cardio time down to 2X a week now, at most 3X (not to include my MMA classes).

ok guys my new pictures have been taken and are ready. I just dont know how to turn them into Jpegs in order to download them into this sight. Can I email anyone and have them post them for me?

open in paint or Microsoft photo editor, then under "file" click "save as..."

There will probably be other options you can choose like file size so you can save them small enough to upload them here.

still having some problems but was able to get this one up. I am going to go to bed and I will put the rest up later. (and yes, I know I need to be more descipline with my diet.)

its great!! I was getting so agravated because I didnt think it was working. So I took another picture and saw the difference. It actually is motivating me more

Wait, you actually didn't notice a difference until you got the pictures side by side?

I know how that is. Somehow, I didn't think I had lost that much until I got my before and afters back. I know, that's totally nuts, but what we see in the mirror is not always reality.
