Don't worry about it, just leave them out of the pic. Shorts or something will take care of that for ya.

Edit: Sorry about that - just couldn't resist - you did set yourself up for it.

It seems I've gotta watch out for you...you're always numero uno to jump on my case for a poorly worded phrase, between this one and the dumbbells not getting up, I gotta watch it around you from now on!!

I will say this though, I think that while I have worked my lifts up quite a bit, I think the real reason for my success has been my diet. honestly, I am for the most part spot on with my diet, making sure I am eating enough protein and eating at the right times. I;ve just noticed that since really paying extra special attention to the diet aspect is when things started getting even better, so for what it's worth, everyone, make sure you pay attention to diet just as much as your training, it really does make a difference!!!! :

I make my share of poorly worded phrases too. Paybacks are totally cool. Have some fun.

Seriously though, your comment about diet is definitely the most true thing of all. It seems to have been proven over and over again that eating properly is the primary key to this whole fitness thing. Good of you to reiterate that point - it's definitely good for us all to be reminded of that fact occasionally.

Say Ranger,

I'm impressed with your photo posts. If I needed some help walking down a dark alley of thugs I would want you on my side. Keep up the good work. You have a lot of zeal, a curiousity of wanting to try this and try that, and a training discipine ethic that serves you well. Keep up the good work.

As an anaerobic junkie, may I suggest that you periodically put your pedal to the metal when doing cardio and go where no man prefers to go to further strengthen your cardiovascular system and to train your mind.

thanks for the kind words : I like how you say I am curious about wanting to try new things, it's probably more like I just can't make up my mind, lol, but I'll take your point of view on it.

I am definitely and anaerobic junkie, cardio is like my kryptonite. I always say I want to do more cardio, it just never works out that way. Someday I will get there though, I am sure of it

Those are the kinds of delts you get when you start benching in the 300s :

You know, I was sooooo close, then the damn shoulder acted up. I haven't benched in like 3 weeks now. I am working on bringing my dumbbell presses up though, hopefully if all goes well I will be doing 125s next week

you know, I wonder if the fact that I've laid off benching for a couple of weeks has positively affected my shoulder pressing? Maybe if I had been benching all along, my shoulders wouldn't have been able to handle the 90lb dbs? Just a thought. But I am psyched about the overhead pressing, I hope to hit those 100 pounders VERY soon for my shoulder presses :
