Bench Press - 65-5-5-5
Pushups - 8-8
DB Lateral Raises - 8-5-5-5
DB Front Raises - 8-5-5-5
Chair Dips - 9-9-9
DB Curls - 15-5-5-5
DB Concentration Curls - 15-5-5
DB Wrist Curls - 15-5-5-5

I think tomorrow I am going to invest in some dumbbells I can load weight on to. 15 to 20 lbs is too much of an increase but 15 lbs is getting too light for some of my exercises VERY quickly.

I picked out the song I am going to use for my fitness routine today as well as watched some of the routines from Nationals last year on a DVD I bought. I can't wait to start choreographing.

I went to Wal Mart today and got some more stuff. I have push up bars, a chip up bar, and a curl bar. Oh, I also have hand grippers to increase my hand strength. It was a very successful trip to Walk Mart.

Nice to see you getting right into contest preparation. If you have posing to do as part of it, practise practise practise and when you think you are done do it some more. You will look better the more you are in control of pulling out your muscles or practising semi relaxed standing.

I definitely need to work on posing, lower body mostly. I haven't learned how to control my leg muscles very well yet.

It was an off day. I slept a lot. Semester break seems like it's lasting forever. I'm so bored.

Great work! Keep it up. If you ever need any help in posing I would be happy to give you a critique.

32 minutes

Bench Press - 60-9-9-9
Pushups - 5-5
DB Lateral Raises - 5-9-9-9
DB Front Raises - 5-9-9-9
Chair Dips - 9-9-9
DB Curls - 15-9-9-9
DB Concentration Curls - 15-9-9
DB Wrist Curls - 10-9-9-9

I also stretched for 25 minutes and worked on my fitness routine for about a half an hour. The routine is almost done. I'm SO excited. Hopefully I can get it done before the 15th when I go back to college so I have plenty of time to clean it up.

I've also decided not to do the figure comeptition as well as the fitness one this year. The fitness gives me enough to work on so I'll put the figure comp. on the back burner until next year maybe.

I'm getting bored with my workout so I changed it up a little yesterday. I'm glad I go back to college next week and can change up my routine.

I used the same weight and attempted to go to failure, it close to failure on almost all of the exercises. On some of them, such as dips and wrist curls, I just went until I got bored.

Just did one set today. Not feeling 100% but didn't want to miss the work out.

Took DL's to failure and will be increasing on Thursday past my normal 100 lbs since I did 10 reps @ 90 lbs.

I can't wait to get back to the gym. These weights at home, except for the deadlift and bench press, are getting kind of boring.

Leg Extension - 40-15
Calf Raises - 100
Adductors - 10-20
Abductors - 10-20
Superman - 10
Side Bends - 10-20
Hanging Knee Raises - 20

Making today my off day instead of Friday. Need to do some stuff to get ready to go back to college and I'd rather get it done sooner rather than later.
