Well, we can see you workout. You got six months...show us what you can do with it. But before it counts...you've got to do it with a national paper that we can verify the date with...including a closeup of the paper. Notice how I did mine.

Heres some other stuff i forgot.
and sorry about the newspaper i just took these and put them on here :[

My goal is to get to 150lbs in lean muscle, mostly strength.

My max bench as of now is 250 i plan to get 300 by the end of may.
I do not want to get any fat on me so im hoping to stay lean. 10lbs in 6 months yeah im pretty sure thats possible.

My main compound exercises will be the following:

Bench press
Leg Press
Pull ups

Age: 18
Weight: 138
Height: 5'10

idk i do dont curls anymore, just pull ups. but the last time i maxed out, i did 135 with a little help of my back.

I did curl 70s in each arm one time yes. and 135 on a straightbar

And perini i will not be able to do that because my phone doesnt zoom in and i dont have a digital camera. Those pics were taken on the 1st of december,

Doesn't it stand to reason that if you can take those pictures with a camera phone you can also take pictures of a newspaper?
