Here’s how to make your own adjustable, durable, and mess-free sandbag. The basic idea is that you will create “filler” bags that will be of varying weights, and these filler bags will then be placed in the larger, tougher outer bag.

SarahPT tells us that she is 29 years old, married, and lives in rural western Maine. Her education includes a degree in mental health and certifications as a personal trainer and sports nutritionist. Dan C describes himself as a drug-free lifter who competes in various strength sports (Strongman, Highland Games & Grip Competitions so far, with Weightlifting, Powerlifting and possibly Girevoy Sport in the future). He has a degree in exercise science, and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Russian Kettlebell Instructor.
