WHAT ARE YOUR 2008 MEASURABLE FITNESS GOALS?Do you plan on setting 2008 measurable fitness goals? I did last year and have failed to achieve many of them. But I had fun trying and I will definitely set new goals for 2008. These goals will more than likely be different than the ones I set for 2007 based lessons I learned in chasing my 2007 goals.

Why don’t you join me for 2008? I’ll help you by giving you some structure. Read on and I’ll describe the seven attributes of functional fitness you can use in defining your 2008 measurable fitness goals.

Sticking points….who doesn’t hate them as well as suffer from them from time to time? Rep after rep, set after set, workout after workout, grinding away hoping to make some sort of progress and frustrated by the seemingly impenetrable barrier holding progress at bay. Then the low energy day hits and progress is not only halted, but seems to be waning. It is enough to make even the most dedicated lifter dread the next workout.
